Definatley Girl

Oh, our little miss Sicaly- she is definatley all girl!!!
Both Hallee and Blyss were at school and usually they keep their door closed to their bedroom and I was doing my chores and thought I haven't seen Sicaly for awhile, she was having a great time in the girls' room, she got up on Blyss' bed and slid her jewlery box over so that she could get into it, and was putting on all Blyss' jewelry- she just was in heaven and she even posed when I took her picture.
Blyss and her friend were playing dress up, so I hear Sicaly in the girls' bedroom upset, I go check on her and she was so frustrated because she had on a high heel on and could not get the other one on, so I put it on her - she had also put the crown on but it is was backwards, so I put it on right and she took off running to go find Blyss and her friend- no problem for her walking in heels! She picked a baby up on the way to go play with the other girls. It was so cute!!!

Temple Picture Class

 Classes
COME MAKE YOUR OWN PICTURE FOR LOTS LESS!!!!!
I am going to have a temple picture class- On November 11, which is a Friday at 6 pm at the Church. You can go to www.poppyseedprojects.com to check out all the temples and options they have. You don't have to do a temple, you can do a family picture. They also have clocks and Greg Olsen pictures. So go to their website and click on classes to view all the temples, what you can do with a family picture, or if you want to do a clock the design you would like.
The cost to do a temple or family picture is $57- that covers everything!!! That is so much less than anywhere else to get a picture this big- which is 26"X32".
This would be a great christmas present or for your own home. You can do more than 1, if you plan on doing 3 or more, have someone come with you to help.
The class takes about 2 1/2 hours to finish the project.
Contact me for more information or if you want to sign up- I need to have all orders in by Oct. 27th.
Marcy Miller- 258-5176
Please let others know about this and invite them- I do need to have a certain number sign up in order for it to happen!!!!

7 Years Old

Wow... I can't believe I have a 7 year old!!! Yesterday was Hallee's 7th  birthday, and she had a great day. I made her a horse cake- that was her request for this year, she wanted it black and white, but I couldn't get the frosting to go that color, so instead it was a tan color- but she was happy with it. In the morning we had a birthday party for her, with some of her friends from school and from the neighborhood. We played some waterballoon games, had sack races, played hot potato, hide and go seek, tag, and had a treasure hunt! Hallee got some fun gifts! Later in the day we went to McDonald's- of course that was her choice and they got a happy meal, which is real treat for them! Then we rented the movie, "Rio" to watch that night. She has had so much fun playing with all her presents, most of her gifts were the crafty/art stuff, which she loves.
Hallee is a great girl, she loves going to school- she is doing great with her reading, math, and writing, she loves to write- her handwriting is very pretty and neat. Hallee loves to catch bugs, especially grasshopers and butterflies. So for her birthday she got a bug cage, and my parents gave her a butterfly cage- we sent in for some catepillars- so that she can watch them change. Hallee is a good helper around the house- folding laundry, taking out the garbage, and cleaning her room. Blyss and her are best buds and great sisters to each other. Hallee is getting to be a bit more patient and will play a little with Sicaly know. We love her and glad she was sent to our family 7 years ago.

Blowing out Candles at her party
Opening presents from Mom and Dad

All of her "goods"- what a lucky girl!
Later this week on the 15th, our little Sicaly will be 18 months- I can't believe she is growing up so fast. She has seemed to grow up so much faster than my other 2, she walked really early- and since then, she has figured stuff out, she thinks she is as big as her sisters and wants to do everything they do- she is a smart little girl. She is definaltey fun, but she keeps me very busy!
She wanted to get in on the opening presents excitment!
Sicaly is definatley girl- she loves hair accerories and necklaces!

My sweet little Blyss has started her 2nd year of preschool- this year me and three other moms are doing a preschool, and we take turns teaching. But here she is on her first day. It just hit me that next year she will go to kindergarten, and it made me so sad- I like having her home, she loves to help and is a great sister to Sicaly.

Is it that time already?

Boy, August has just gone by in a flash!!! On the 17th of August, Zak and I had our 10 year Anniversary- I can't believe we have been married ten years- it has gone by so fast and doesn't seem like that long. We both said our lives have turned out so different then we ever thought! Especially about living in Utah and having all girls- but it really is all good and wouldn't change it!
For this next school year I got roped into being th PTA treasurer, so that has added some more stress to my life and trying to figure out what I'm suppose to do!!! Last night was back to school night, and I had to get up in front of all the parents and propose the budget, I was so nervous, and glad that part is over. But I will be learning Quick Books, so I guess that is good.
Today Hallee started her first day of 1st grade, she was so excited to go to school. Her teacher is Ms.Kirby and she seems really nice. When I asked her how her day went, she told me it was sooooo long, and they had to have 2 recesses, I told her she is so lucky she gets 2 recesses, but she said, No, it is just to hot to play. I can't believe I can have a child in 1st grade, I was panicked all day, I kept thinking I needed to go get her, Blyss was so lonely without her and she just followed me around all day.
Last night Zak gave the girls blessings, Hallee and Blyss, then Sicaly wanted one, it was so cute- she sat on the chair and folded her arms while Zak gave her a blessing. I can't believe how smart she is and picks up on everything so fast.
I'm glad it is back to school time, even though it has felt like summer has flown by- it will be nice to have a schedule again. The girls had a great summer, they pratically lived outside, playing with friends and neighbors.

Salt Lake Trip

Zak decided we needed to take a little family vacation. So we decided just going to Salt Lake would be great. The girls were excited days before we left- they were so excited to stay in a hotel- they love staying in hotels. On our first day we decided to see- This is the Place park, the girls were so excited to ride around in the train, the train would take you to each sight to see and check out. The favorite thing the girls got to do here is to pan for gold. Hallee was so into panning for gold- she could of done it for hours! They each found five "fools" gold nuggets. They also loved the minature train ride around the lake, and you could see the Salt Lake Valley from this view. After that we thought we would go to a nice restraunt- Macaroni Grill, but Sicaly was exhausted at this point, Zak and I had to take turns taking her outside while one ate, not exactly what we wanted to do at a nice restraunt!
On our second day we went to Cowabunga Bay, this was definatly our favorite thing from this trip, it was so nice because Hallee and Blyss could go down all the slides by themselves, we could take Sicaly down most of the slides, so it was something we all enjoyed. The girls just ran and ran, wanting to try every slide, Blyss did poop out after awhile and just had to sunbathe on a chair. Hallee loved the lazy river, Sicaly loved the little fountains in the pool and jumping off the side of the pool. After we were done, we got in the car and before we even pulled out of the parking lot Sicaly was asleep, so Zak was kind enough to sit with Sicaly in the car while she slept and the girls and I went into the hotel to get all cleaned up- he didn't mind thought- he had his phone in his pocket at the swimming pool and it got all wet of course, so he was trying to get it running again. That afternoon we went shopping for Zak, then we went and ate at Chiptole- we all really liked this place, even though Sicaly still ran around the whole place.
On day three, we went to Hogle Zoo, of course the girls loved it! They really liked the dinosaurs that have been put up throughout the zoo. By the time we were done with everything at the zoo, everyone was ready to go home. It was 1pm and the girls didn't even care about lunch, they were ready to go home. We had an awesome trip and it was just right for our family!

What was also neat about this place, everyone that worked there was dressed in pioneer clothing and they would act the part!

Raspberries

The girls and I made a quick trip to Idaho, my brother Trevor and his family were visiting my parents and it had been almost 2 years since I've seen them! So it was overdue for a visit, they had never meet Sicaly- and when Sicaly first saw Trevor she decided she really liked him, he was the one she wanted to always hold her! The girls had a blast with their cousins. I went with my brother and his wife to the Bodies Display at the Museum- it was very cool and intersting! We took the kids to the Rexburg Splash Park and on the Carousel. We had lunch with my grandma, visited the farm, and picked lots of raspberries!

All in a day for Sicaly

Sicaly is growing up so fast(16 months) and she is a little smartie pants, she watches her sisters and is always trying to do what they are doing. I helped in the Nursery a couple weeks ago, after they ate their crackers and drank their water, the kids were throwing their napkin and cup in the garbage, next thing I know Sicaly got off her chair and threw her cup and napkin away, it was so cute that she watched the other kids and did what they were doing- it was her first time in Nursery. She is very busy, strong willed, and likes to laugh. She goes through several outfit changes a day, since she seems to always be in something! She is really fun, she loves to play, play, play. Right now she love playing in the van, she crawls all over the seats, and likes to hit the button to open and close the van doors.
These pictures are taken of her all within 24 hours:

So I asked Hallee to go out to the garden and water the tomato plants, well she got them well watered, so when I was weeding rest of the garden, Sicaly found the mud and had a blast! If only you could have seen the bath tub after. Then a couple hours later, she was back outside (while I was spraying weeds) and got a hold of the neighbors markers, she bit the tips off the markers, and she had marker all over her face and clothes, in her mouth. At first I didn't know it was marker, so I was so worried about what she had put in her mouth.

She still loves her car!
After all the mud and marker messes, we thought if she is outside and we are busy, we have got to contain her some how, so Zak was a good sport and decided he would be the one to pack her around on his back- she actually loved it, and fell asleep for awhile.

She is such a busy, curious little girl, she will just crash!
