Preschool Graduation

Hallee graduated from preschool last friday, actually Ms. Tamra awarded her with a Bachelor's Degree in Preschool since she attended 2 years. They put on a cute little program, they sang us some fun songs, did the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, and they got their diploma and graduation hat.

Hallee has sure learned alot from preschool, it was so good for her socially and academically. She also fell in love with a boy at preschool, and she announced to her whole class that she has fallen in love with Payton Gillman.

2 months old

Sicaly turned 2 months on the 15th, I took a few shots of her in this cute little tutu my friend made for her. Sicaly is a fun little girl, she loves to be talked too, she will just smile and smile as long as her tummy is full. She hates going anywhere- church, town, you name it, she cries pretty much the entire time we are away from home, and does not like her car seat. Hallee and Blyss just adore her and she loves watching them.

Here are her 2 month pictures:

Good Times

This past week a neighbor had an 80's girls night, you were to dress like the 80's and come with some truth and dares. I had so much fun and glad that she planned this, because I so needed a break! Zak had been gone for a few days and Sicaly was a very fussy baby, one night she cried solid for 2 hours and the next night for 4 hours, plus taking care of Hallee and Blyss, getting them ready for bed and in bed- it felt like I had run a marathon each night.

So I was so willing to dress up like the 80's and have some fun. Most of the truths and dares weren't to bad, the worst I had to do was to try and eat a spoonful of cinnamon- which is impossible!

Here are some photos from that night:

All of us girls

2 girls came in spandex, their mother's had kept these awesome spandex!

I also have a banana clip in my hair and it is crimped

Some other photos:

I want everybody to know that Blyss dresses herself, so if you see her in something that totally doesn't match or go- she picked it out herself and is always very proud of her selection and I have gotten to the point now with having a baby and don't have as much time or can't stress over what she is wearing, I tell her it looks so pretty and I am proud of her for getting dressed herself.

I guess this why you don't leave a headband on a baby while sleeping- woops! I felt really bad poor baby.

Sicaly's Blessing

On Sunday, May 2nd we blessed Sicaly. Zak blessed her, and Grandpa Miller and Bazil stood in the circle as well as Great Grandpa Jordan, my brothers- Nick and Chase, Zak's brother Rick, and brother in law- Cole. I had reserved the pavillion at the park for the dinner, but we woke up to snow, Zak ran to the church and got tables and chairs, and we set them up in our garage and had the dinner in there, it turned out great despite the early morning stress! It was fun to have so much family, there was about 40 of us. The men had fun playing ping pong and the kids loved the bounce house.

Here are some pictures from that day:

Party Party!

On Saturday was my Grandma's 86th birthday, so on Friday we had a birthday party for her. First we celebrated her birthday, having cake and doing a little program about my grandma and telling some memories about her. After that her boyfriend who just turned 93 put a dance on for her.

My girls just loved this dance, Blyss didn't miss one dance, she wasn't shy about going and finding a partner. Hallee is quite the little dancer as well. I think all of the old people got a kick out of Blyss, because if she couldn't find a partner, she was out there still dancing, and she can definatley break a move, all of us on the side lines were getting a huge kick watching her, I was just praying an older couple wouldn't trip over her as she was dancing a way.

We had fun and it was great to see family!

Here are some pictures from that night:

My Grandma and Willard- they started dating the same time Zak and I started dating, which has been over 9 years now.

Goodbye Silverado

Zak finally swallowed his pride and decided that the pickup was not economical. With his traveling so much, about 5,000 miles a month, the pickup was killing us! So after riding with some of his co-workers, he realized a car wasn't so bad! I have been trying to convice him of this for about a year. So Zak decided on this Ford Edge, it gets about 7-10mpg better than the pickup, plus the payments are alot cheaper!
